WE ARE BLACK ROCK!  Founded in 1976, the Black Rock Community Council (BRCC) is the oldest and largest community membership organization in the area. The Council's mission is to promote projects that will enhance the quality of life of Black Rock's residents and businesses, including recreational, educational, and business development initiatives.

Admission: $20.00 plus one non-perishable food item is required. All proceeds will benefit the Black Rock Food Pantry.  Bring a lawn chair! Food and drink will be available for purchase.

What a fabulous day!  Everything from the morning run to the great bed race to the stellar parade!
